Privacy notice
Effective 15 July 2026. SENDbudget by Sendsorta helps families plan and track EOTAS packages. Children’s information can be sensitive, so we collect only what is needed to provide the service.
What we process
Account details, child and package details, providers, budgets, spending, calendar entries, evidence files, feedback, payment status and optional product analytics. Do not upload documents that are not needed for your package.
Who processes it
Google Firebase hosts authentication, database and files. OpenAI processes EHCPs and optional professional reports to produce Package Creator drafts. Stripe handles payments. Resend sends requested emails. Slack receives a minimal new-beta-signup notification. These suppliers process data under their own security and data-processing terms.
Analytics and communications
Analytics is off by default. You may choose “Accept analytics” or “Essential only”; funnel events are sent only after acceptance. Calendar email recipients are used only to send the invitation you request. Feedback is sent to Sendsorta support.
Retention and deletion
Live package data is kept while your account is active or until you delete it. “Delete SENDbudget data” removes SENDbudget packages, drafts, passes, settings and designated files but preserves SENDSORTA data. “Delete my Sendsorta account from both apps” removes both apps’ data and then deletes Firebase Authentication. Backups and payment records may be retained for limited legal, fraud-prevention and accounting periods.
Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, export or delete information and withdraw optional analytics consent. For UK data-protection enquiries, contact info@sendsorta.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner.
