Effective 15 July 2026. These terms apply to SENDbudget by Sendsorta’s paid beta.

The offer

Core SENDbudget tracking is free. The Paid plan includes one completed AI-assisted package draft at the price shown before checkout. A pass is consumed only after a valid draft is saved. Technical retries do not consume another pass; reviewing, editing and transferring the saved draft are free. Invite-only passes may be issued manually.

AI limitations

Package Creator provides a planning draft, not legal, educational, clinical, financial or procurement advice. AI may omit, misread or invent information. You must compare every output with the source documents, confirm costs and provision, and obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on it.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to enter and upload the information, keep sign-in details secure, review recipient addresses before sending invitations, and use the service lawfully. Do not upload malware, excessive files or information unrelated to the child’s package.

Payments, refunds and beta availability

Stripe processes card payments. Contact info@sendsorta.co.uk if a paid generation cannot complete. Refunds, disputes or suspected abuse may revoke an unused pass; a consumed pass may be flagged for review. This is a beta service and may change, pause or experience interruptions.

Liability and ending use

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Sendsorta is not responsible for decisions made from an unreviewed AI draft or for indirect loss. You may stop using the service and use the in-app deletion controls at any time.
